I was initially miffed (mostly because I wanted KT like the fury of a thousand suns), but then someone compared it to the TCG pets and it made a lot more sense.

Two don't ask me to lead a Raid. The reason I say that for reason two is because though I have been on WoW for about three years now. I don't have the experience in the other classes and what they can do to put together a viable force to assault a paticular Instance. My Main is a Holy Priest and he has always been Holy. None of my alts are high enough to ask "Why the hell are you doing that?" But the worse thing you can do in a Raid is tell someone how to play their character. I forget at times too or make a bad judgement call. So I don't say anything if I can help it.

My Guild Officers / Leaders are more than "Fit to Lead". They have the experience in putting together a group and leading them into an instance. Much different than taking Adults on a RL mission. They listen and follow orders. In game more often than not you don't know how old they are and most times they will /gquit or leave party because you told them what to do. A delicate balance must be used and I am fortunate to have them in my guild. In my past guild they didn't and that is why I am in my current guild.

When you have to split the Raiding group from the casual raiding group and try to put them together to make a 25man. Leading the group is like hearding geese. Sooner or later you will get them in the pen.

I made some of the boxes that were harder to read less transparent, but I also wanted to preserve the cool look and "artistic feel" of KT's head in the background.

I loved your idea about "that Naxx-40 raider" and added it, and also included a few more original ones based on some guildies's suggestions and personal experiences I remembered.

Hope you like the update. Enjoy!

1) At the very least, raise the opacity of the squares. The background image makes them too frustrating to read.

2) While I understand that some things never change, I also think you could have done better than copying squares from the kara board. You're clearly a witty fellow, think of new ways to say things.

3) Kara was a little more straightforward than Naxx is. Naxx has tons of encounters that are pretty unusual, so it might be beneficial to dedicate more squares to things like that. For example: there's always that one PuG DPS who spends the entire time attacking the ads on Grand Widow. Or another one is the guy who used to raid Naxx40, and tells everybody about it.

That's my reaction to this, personally. Some of the squares, particularly the ones about players wanting to do achievements they weren't ready for, really resonated with me =D
